Galvanized steel foundation sleeve measuring 3 feet in height with an inside diameter of 8 inches. Designed to accommodate up to a 30 foot flagpole up to a 6 inch bottom diameter. This sleeve has an 18 inch grounding spike and a 12 inch base plate with a 6 inch support plate in the middle. There are steel centering wedges and slots at the bottom of the inside of the sleeve to drain water. (Made in the U.S.A.)
