These self-centering bits and sleeve from HIGHPOINT solve a very complicated issue for box makers and any other woodworker using small hinges and troublesome small screws. This was developed at the Woodcraft store in Dayton, Ohio. The Micro Center Bit Set includes two brass sleeves and two drill bits. The 3/8"-diameter brass sleeves taper with four equal sides; the soft brass allows you to customize the end for your hinge application. Inside sleeve diameters are 1.18mm and 1.7mm that allow flawless centering of the #56 (1.18mm) quick change drill bit or the 1.7mm quick change drill bit. The quick change not only allows for ease of use in your cordless drill, but can be used by hand in softer woods or very tight applications. Set includes one of each drill bits as replacements.
