Allows quick and easily installation of SwingClear Mailbox Support

This base driver allows one individual and quickly and easily install a SwingClear Mailbox Support. Compatible with all SwingClear mailbox supports, placing the base driver inside the base pipe allows one to then hammer the base into the ground without the need for additional individuals to assist.
