To request the hands, purchase the item first. As soon as the payment is complete and before the item ships, send a message to the seller asking for the hands that you need. To contact the seller, click on Your Account, then click on Your Orders, find the clock kit in the list and blue name where it says sold by. Now click on the Ask a Question button towards the top and follow the prompts to complete the customization request. The hand choices are shown in the photos in the upper left. The part numbers that end in a B are for black hands, the ones that end with a G are for gold hands.
