This VCH Barbell is surfical stell. This barbell is 14g 10mm length. The ball is heavy and solid 10mm diameter. It can be used both ways like door knocker type. We make from scratch after the order. We sterilize it before shipping. Heavy ball is for extra pressure if needed.
